About the Programme
Helvino Technologies Limited is inviting established companies and businesses to join our official reseller and referral partner network.
As a Helvino Partner, your company introduces our software products — including our HR & Payroll system, Sales/CRM platform, and Accounting suite — to businesses in your network. Your sales team handles the introduction and relationship; we handle delivery, onboarding, and support directly with the client.
This is a genuine recurring revenue opportunity, not a one-off referral fee: you keep earning on a client for as long as their subscription stays active.
What You Earn
50% commission on your referred client's first sale, paid once Helvino receives the client's payment.
20% commission on every subsequent yearly subscription renewal from the same client, for as long as the subscription remains active — a real recurring income stream.
Commission is paid within 30 days of Helvino receiving the corresponding client payment, via bank transfer or mobile money.
Dedicated onboarding support and marketing materials to help your sales team introduce Helvino's products confidently.
Requirements
To qualify as a Helvino Partner, your organisation must meet both of the following:
1. Be a registered company or business — we partner with established organisations, not individuals.
2. Have at least one employee dedicated to selling Helvino's software products — a partnership works because your team actively introduces and sells, not just refers occasionally.
Beyond these two requirements, we look for: an existing network of businesses that could benefit from HR, CRM, or Accounting software; the ability to represent Helvino professionally; and a genuine interest in a long-term, non-exclusive partnership.
